Cymbidium Care and your Creative Self

People who lead creative lives are all aware of the same painful reality: being creative isn’t easy. It’s fulfilling and exciting and allows you to live a life of your own making. But it’s not easy. One of the most difficult parts of being creative is that sometimes there just isn’t any inspiration helping to fuel your artistic urges.
All artists find their own way around this type of problem. Many of them turn to gardening and other hands-on activities that allow them to get moving without having to really be creative. This approach gets the creative juices flowing while you’re busy doing something else so that you can eventually go back to your artwork with a fresh perspective.
Take, for example, orchid gardening. This is no easy task but it’s something that can be learned. There are basic rules of orchid care. There are differences between types of orchid care (such as cymbidium care or phalaenopsis care). And you can learn these rules and differences and grow a garden full of orchids.
What you are really doing with gardening is creating. It’s art, but it’s structured art. And this process of creation feeds your sense of inspiration so that you can get over your artist’s block and back on your creative path again.
