Creative Uses for Promotional Bags

Many people have a stack of promotional bags somewhere in their homes. We get them when we order magazines and they come with a "free gift". We get them when our employers need to give us something during the holidays. We get them at events where people are handing them out to market their companies. And most of us don’t know what to do with them.
Here are some creative uses for the promotional bags that you’ve got piling up:
- Tear them apart and use the fabric to create a new shirt or skirt.
- Split them at the seams, turn them inside out and use them as unique recycled wrapping for a gift. They can also be a book cover for children’s textbooks.
- Carry your groceries in them; it’s good for the environment not to use grocery bags.
- Use one as a storage container for all of the promotional pens, markers, and other promotional desk items that you’ve gotten along the way. Hang it up in your cubicle to keep things neat.
- Fill one up with a few bottles of wine or boxes of chocolate and gift it back to the boss that gave it to you.
Stop thinking of the bag as just a bag and start thinking about what you can do to make it useful to you.
